PEST CONTROL?
Pest control is necessary because of the eternal destructive appetite of roaches and termites in buildings and structures. Roaches will eat any cellulose-based materials. These can include the timber used in constructing buildings but could also include furniture, paper materials and fabrics.
PEST CONTROL PROCESS

Reactive Maintenance (1 – 6 Months)
Our immediate response is to use reactive maintenance for repairs that requires rectification within a comparatively short time scale.
Planned Preventive Maintenance (1 – 12 Months)
We intend to adopt a planned preventive maintenance for cyclical maintenance, servicing and inspection and all recurrent works required for legislative, safety and quality compliance.
Long-Term Maintenance
For our assets and equipment, a long-term maintenance schedule will be snowballed to non-routine planned replacement or repair of major building components.
